Syzygy™ Announces the Life Launch Program – a Unique Strengths-Based Life Coaching Program for the 20-Something Year Old.

Evergreen,CO. May 13, 2010: With graduations looming just around the corner, Syzygy today announces its Life Launch course for college-aged students. Over the course of eight individual coaching sessions, participants in the Syzygy Life Launch Program will partake in a journey to uncover their brilliance and ignite their life passions to make their dreams a reality. Based in Appreciative Inquiry methodology, this unique coaching program is especially useful for 20-something year olds, because it is during this time when they are discovering their “authentic self.”
Syzygy founder and president, Kami Guildner shared, “This is a time when an individual’s independence is blossoming, and it is here that our emerging adults will make decisions that will impact the rest of their life.” Participants in Syzygy Life Launch will get feedback from teachers, friends, family and employers on your strengths – so they can continue to build upon those strengths throughout the course of their life. They will explore the environments that inspire their thinking and identify their passions and values, so you can balance the important decisions that lie before them with a clear understanding of who they are.
Guildner added, “Syzygy Life Launch provides an additional set of skills not found in traditional education and will provide participants with a life-long grounding. It will help these young adults create the future they’re supposed to live – one aligned to their purpose.”
Upon the completion of their eight coaching sessions, participants in the Syzygy Life Launch will come together for a final end-of-summer Equine Guided Workshop. Bringing the horse into the Life Launch Program is a powerful and experiential way for the participants to ground what they have learned in the summer life coaching program. The horse as a teacher, mirrors body language and emotions – bringing new insights in new ways – creating impactful and lasting understanding of the authentic self. On this unique and powerful day, the Syzygy herd of horses will guide the participants as they launch into their journey. The participants will learn to trust their inner voice and define the life they’re about to embark upon. They will finish the program with a clear plan on the steps they need to take to launch their life to success. No prior horse experience is required to participate in the Equine Guided Workshop. All exercises are done on the ground and there is no mounted work.
