Developing leaders is not something that happens overnight. Our program is not a 3-day quick fix, but a year-long program combining training and individual executive coaching which anchors new, more effective behaviors. The program includes 5 one-day sessions plus individual coaching. Every participant will create a personal development and action plan that can be put into practice right away!

Block #3 Leading through Change – Provide new skills to lead through transformations effectively and realize results faster. Investigate factors associated with positive change and prepare leaders with the process of change.

Block #4 Your Leadership Brand and Creativity & Innovation - Refine your leadership brand and build environment of innovation. Formulate personal leadership brand to help them create effective working relationships across all levels of the organization Learn to use creative intelligence to produce leadership results and innovation.
- Out of the Box and Into the Tube: The Art in Leadership℠ – a unique session which uses painting as a means of enhancing innovation, inspiration and creative problem solving in the workplace
Block 5: Experiential Leadership through the eyes of the horse – Put leadership skills into practice : an experiential day to discover positive teamwork and the intricacies of leadership styles in a unique and memorable learning environment (no horse experience required!).
