Sarah Bohnenkamp: For more than a decade Sarah J. Bohnenkamp has been a champion for learning and leadership development.  She’s directed Training and Development initiatives for large financial institutions in the West, including her most recent role as the Director of Training and Development at the $3.2 Billion dollar Desert Schools Federal Credit Union in AZ.  Her un-bridled passion for learning has made her an often sought out facilitator, collaborator, and generation X & Y mentor.  Now living in Colorado, Bohnenkamp has married her love of horses and enthusiasm leadership development by offering learning and leadership consulting services, specializing in using the horse as teacher.  She is certified to facilitate sales & service, project management, personal effectiveness and leadership development programs, holds a BA Speech Communication, and will complete her Equine Guided Education certificate in 2012.
